COMPLIMENTARY INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR ALL PERFUME ORDERS
Experience the convenience of complimentary international delivery on all perfume orders. Orders will be dispatched 1-2 days after ordering. Please refer to the delivery times below based on the region*. While some remote locations may experience longer delivery times, rest assured that we take every precaution to ensure a safe and timely delivery.
*Delivery times are subject to variation in remote locations and depend on our delivery provider.
Please note Ahwak Perfumery is not held responsible for missing packages or delayed parcels once they have left the facility.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns nor exchanges apart from in the instance of the product arriving faulty/ damaged. In this case, kindly contact our Customer Support at Support@ahwakperfumery.com. You have the right to return the Products within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Ahwak Perfumery holds the sole discretion to determine whether the Products meet the conditions for a refund.
Upon exercising your right to return the Products, we will refund all payments, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
Please note all sales are final. We do not price match based on any current promotions. Partial refunds will not be offered if a full priced purchase has been made prior to a current promotion.
